The program was focused on developing students' language level. They were tested and divided into level groups from elementary to intermediate one. The two week stay in Scotland let us not just practise English, enlarge and enrich vocabulary, learn grammar and make writing skills better.
The students get more info about the country visiting many places around Edinburgh and around it as well. Living in host families helped students to know more about native speaker everyday life, their habits, traditions and customs. Communicating with the school stuff from early morning till lunch time students got lots of set expressions, phrasal verbs, learn some proverbs and sayings and just got an experience of using colloquialisms being among Scots for 14 days.
